Building the Frame Joel is constructing the framing for the striped panel lounge. After careful measurements the design is drawn into the CAD software and then cut on the CNC.
Carved Panels The carved design is created as a 3D model, cut on the CNC then sprayed with a durable finish.
Rationalizing the Triangle Design The triangle container was designed with a parametric design, then each triangle numbered as it was cut on the CNC.
Putting the Triangles in Place The walls of triangles were assembled in sections, then installed into the container as large panels.
The Different textures of the Triangle Design A bright Maple, a dark stain and a padded panel make up the interior of the Triangle Design Container Lounge
The Triangle Ceiling Looking up at the opening for the Triangle Panel Container Lounge, you can see the design flower outward into frosted acrylic.
Approved for Lounging We created a new "shipping label" for the front of the container. Just a little fun nod to it's original use.
Making Things Movable We added these easy to put on & take off large caster wheels that allowed us to move the containers around and put them in their final locations. These will help us easily move them around in the future, also. Just another way we try to make things easy and seamless for everyone.
