Our cutting table is 4' x 8', and we can cut up to 4" thick material. If you need something bigger, it's easy to make parts stack or link together to get any size you want!

We can cut all woods (solid or plywood), plastics, foams, and soft metals like aluminum and copper. Full 3D carving and machining services available as well. The stepper motors move 0.001" per step, so the tolerances are tight, and cuts are exact.

Our standard price for CNC cutting is $120 an hour. We can work off of most CAD (DXF, DWG), Vector (Illustrator, Flash), 3D formats (Revit, Pro-E, 3ds, etc), and even pictures (jpeg, tiff, etc) for relief carvings. Most jobs only take two hours, depending upon complexity and material cut. We also offer discounted rates on larger jobs, or jobs with flexible deadlines.
