• Mission: Design a house to fit on a poor abandoned lot in the Oakland hills.
• Services: House and interior design
• Scope: Measure an existing abandoned site, design a more marketable house that could fit on the existing foundation, and get it past Oakland planning & zoning.

Client: Performance Mechanical Contractors, Holtville, CA.

• Mission: Make our office building better.
• Services: Building and interior design, furniture design and fabrication.
• Scope: Doubling the size of an existing small office building while entirely renovating it's interior.

Client: 2009 Autodesk University Design Slam Competition Entry
